As a courtesy, Canadian clients are invoiced in CAD rather than USD at the current exchange rate.

the design PROCESS
initial consultation
The collaborative process begins with a discovery call to sincerely understand, appreciate and respect the client's vision for their stationery, establishing a foundation for an inspired design that will honour them and the heart of their event. Appreciating that budget is a critical aspect of custom stationery, an honest and transparent conversation ensures the client is provided with a realistic idea of what they can expect to spend based on their vision. With a caring approach, Rachael guides the client to prioritize their desires so the most important elements are included in their budget. Having been equipped with clear expectations, the client can ensure their envisioned stationery becomes a reality - within their investment.
design
Every design begins with meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful renderings that reflect the client's aesthetic and values, with a view to create truly beautiful and personally meaningful paperie.
refinement
The design can pass through three included revisions to refine the details, confirm text accuracy, maintain a harmonious aesthetic, and finalize paper materials and embellishments. The refinement process ensures the client is completely content and excited to begin production.
production
To preserve the integrity of the design, each piece of stationery is produced with commitment to expert craftsmanship. The client can rest assured they will behold the beauty of artisanal details in every aspect - paper and embellishments - of their suite.
delivery
To ensure the highest likelihood of safe delivery, all stationery is personally sent off at the delivery office with tracking. The client can be confident their investment is protected as best as possible for their confidence and reassurance.
PROPOSAL
The client is presented with a custom proposal tailored to their vision, preferences, and needs. The proposal simply serves as a starting place from which the client can choose to add additional features as the design process progresses. Upon signing of the contract and completion of a 50% retainer payment, the client secures their place on Rachael's schedule and receives a personalized, estimated timeline detailing the design process for their knowledge, reassurance, and anticipation..
